We can dispatch our goods within 24 hours of receiving a receipt of your order.

If you are not satisfied with our products please email us in the first instance and a member of our customer’s service will be in touch with you to resolve your complain in a happy and professional manner.  sales@look4gifts.co.uk

Buyers are advised that damaged or faulty products within 14 days will require receipt and provide photographic evidence (photos to be sent to sales@look4gifts.co.uk).

If goods are lost or damaged during transit, we will not be held accountable/liable for the negligence on behalf of couriers or if the items are signed for in good condition. Subsequently, the buyer can directly contact the courier in question, in order to seek compensation. Furthermore, items returned within 14 days of receipt must be in their original/saleable condition, or else your right to a refund will be deemed cancelled.

If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item in writing. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Courier delivery damage is also not covered.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product, you should notify us in writing via email within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please note that a condition of the couriers used to transport our items is that all goods be checked on delivery and signed for as damaged if any damage is present.
