Delivery information

We can dispatch our goods within a few days 2-10 working days of receiving your order.

Most deliveries in the UK take place within 2-5 days from the ordering date (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We operate Monday-Friday 9-5pm only.

We only deliver to the UK.

All our deliveries are made by fully tracked courier services. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Acceptance of goods without checking indicates acceptance in good condition. No claims will be entertained by our couriers where products are found to be damaged but no damage was noted at the point of delivery. It is important for you to check your goods thoroughly on delivery and ensure that if the product is damaged in any way that you indicate as such when signing for the item.

Our couriers can charge for failed delivery attempts or return to sender charges if delivery points are closed or consignee is un-contactable and they are unable to deliver goods, these charges are applicable to the customers and will be invoiced to their account. Our courier can also charge additional delivery charges to amend an address if change of address requested. These charges are applicable to the account holder.

Our Delivery Drivers will make 1 attempted delivery, if the customer is not present at the confirmed date of delivery the driver will leave a we called card stating time, date and drivers name, it will also ask the customer to contact us to re-arrange delivery. This delivery will not be re-planned until re-delivery arrangement have been made with the customer. A re-delivery charge will be applied for each delivery attempt as all deliveries are confirmed prior to goods leaving our premises.
